 Milwaukee Brewers College Nights Sweepstakes
Official Rules & Regulations

     No purchase necessary to win.
     Sweepstakes begins on Monday, May 5 and runs through Friday, May
16, 2008.

     Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible
entries at the Panther Bookstore. Two winners will be drawn each day at 5:
00 p.m. starting on Monday, May 12 and ending on Friday, May 16, 2008.  
Winners need not be present to win.  All winners will be notified by phone
after 5:00 p.m. on the night of the drawing.
     Employees of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club and the Panther
Bookstore as well and employees’ immediate families and households are
not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
     Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and
regulations.  Void where prohibited.
     Ten winners will be selected to win one of ten (10) pairs of Terrace
Reserved tickets to the Friday, May 30th Milwaukee Brewers vs. Houston
Astros game.  Estimated retail value of the tickets is $14 per ticket. Other
prizes include 2008 Brewers Yearbooks, valued at $6 per book.
     All federal, state and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of
the winner.  Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the
prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate sweepstakes if
conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.
     BY ENTERING, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this
sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of
this sweepstakes, rule interpretation or award of prize, shall be submitted
to Howie Cohen, Manager of Panther Bookstore, whose decision shall be
binding and final.
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 and over in the 50 United States (includes
DC).
     If a designated winner cannot be found or proves to be ineligible, an
alternate winner will be named.
