Q: I was wondering if I could pay my Mother or Father’s credit card?

A: Yes, and this is actually very common. I wish my parents were as nice as many of
yours. We do not allow students to come in with a bunch of numbers scribbled on a
napkin to pay for their books. Hopefully it’s obvious why. What you need to do is let
a cashier talk to the card holder personally over the phone. Have the person on the
phone and ready with the information before check out. But if you need a refund,
you will need to physically bring the purchasing card in.

Q: I paid with a check and need to return the book. What do I do?

A: You need to wait 7 business days before we will issue a refund. Sometimes this
puts you outside of our return deadline. To ensure a refund, have a cashier date
and initial your receipt while you are still within the refund period. Then just stop
back within the period written on the receipt. If you fail to stop in within the dates
written on the receipt, you might be out of luck.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Sorry, we
do not accept the 'Panther Gold Card'. We also accept personal checks. Personal
checks may require 2 forms of picture ID.
